Overview

The Wander Camp is located on private property, very close to the Showka Pools. The camp activities require little or no transfer time. Activities include trekking, survival, orienteering, environmental awareness, treasure hunt, astronomy and archery.

The camp is set within a stunning wadi environment. The camp has a traditional feel to it with roomy teepee tents and barasti majlis areas, lanterns, and a fire pit. Students sleep on thick mattresses in these single sex tents. All food is prepared and served from the professional kitchen at the camp.

The camp is located on its own land with a perimeter security fence. There are 21 air-conditioned pods each with 2 single beds and a further 6 glamping domes that fit 3 single beds each. Total capacity for 60 students with a separate chalet for teachers and plenty of room around the camp to not feel crowded. Bathroom blocks have hot water and are a 30 second walk from the accommodation. Larger groups can be accommodated using camping tents.
